Who we are
Joan Coulter is a graduate of St Andrews University with over 18 years’ recruitment consultancy experience, initially gained in the accountancy and general executive selection sectors.
For the last 12 years Joan has developed substantial expertise in the management consultancy arena. She spent 4 years as an in-house Recruitment Manager at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting (now Deloitte Consulting), providing a resourcing service for the Strategy, Finance and Economics practice as well as for a number of industry specific teams (including Energy, Financial Services and TMT).
Joan subsequently worked for 2 leading niche management consultancy recruitment firms, prior to establishing CoulterPepper Ltd in 2006. CoulterPepper clients have included large global consultancy firms and corporate organisations as well as smaller niche players operating across a variety of functional or industry specialisms.
